MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1946 film?

During the creation of the United States of America, a strip of land between the Territories forgotten Indians and the States of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico and Texas becomes the refuge and home of many of the most famous outlaws and ruthless wild West. There must be the Sheriff Mark Rowley in search of his brother and assistant John, who after being betrayed by the ruthless Marshal Bill Hampton, had to flee with the band plus the outlaw Jesse James to the town of Quinto, in the heart of the Territory of outlaws. After reaching Quinto, Mark Rowley meet Henryetta Alcott, the editor of the local newspaper committed struggling to bring state law in Oklahoma creating his lawless land.
