MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

On March 21, the first day of spring in Iran celebrated the New Year. Razieh, a girl of eight years, dreams of getting the traditional goldfish those parties. With the help of his brother Ali, convinces his mother to give him money to buy it. But the road to the store where they sell goldfish is very long and full of dangers. Razieh, alone and helpless, lives all sorts of adventures before getting what he wants: money and restores lost, stolen, you drop down a drain, is late for the store.
