MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1943 film?

WWII. Although Turkey remains neutral, Ankara is a city full of spies and intrigue. The Germans plan to filter false maps to prove that the Russians are about to invade the country. The American Joe Barton is involved in this intrigue with two agents: Zaloshoff and sister, who might be Russian. What is certain is that the odious Colonel Robinson is a Nazi.
