MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Sequel to " The Last Kiss ". In Baciami ancora, Carlo and Giulia have separated and are awaiting the divorce, even though they often see her daughter because Sveva. Carlo realizes still be deeply in love with your ex and try to win her back. Marco feels change is distancing himself from his wife, who for years has wished in vain for a child. Adriano returns after ten years of absence, including two in a prison in Colombia for drugs, and what you most want is to be with the son he abandoned newborn.
