MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

It is about the 5th anniversary of the Interstellar Alliance, the celebrations serve as a distraction to Sheridan in charge of a secret mission: to test the new destroyers based on the same technology the Vorlons and Minbari White Star whose construction has been overseeing Garibaldi. However, Galen, one tecnomago, begins to appear to him in a dream to warn of an imminent attack against Earth Drakh. He also warns that they have spies everywhere, so the only thing around you know is that is acting strangely. Sheridan himself wonders if not mere hallucinations, but Captain Anderson, the EAS Charon, and Dureena Nafeel, a thief whose world was destroyed by the shadows during the war, also are visited by Galen in his dreams. Soon, the three are gathered in Babylon 5 and, using the new prototypes, set out to find and thwart the plans of the Drakh. Plans include a destroyer of planets of Shadows. This movie is part of the Babylon saga (1980, 1993, 1998, 1998, 1998, 1999, 2002, 2007).
