MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Jhunjhunwala wants to locate her missing daughter, Seema, so he can marry Nitin. Mahindra, a prominent business man, trying to negotiate with the kidnappers, and secure her release. Meanwhile, the Central Bureau of Investigation launched a mission, giving the codename " Baadshah " the chief Bacchan. Bacchan poses as a bumbling private investigator, who is committed to assist Jhunjhunwala and Mahindra, but this one confused and ends up working for criminals. Everything is a mess, especially when you discover that Jhunjhunwala is not the real father of Seema.
