MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Pierre, 58, lives trapped in the past, endure loneliness getting worse, time, environment, takes medication, locks himself in his home? Where thankfully feel ? ? re hoping that inspiration can not write, you meet a friend for lunch, a friend of over 30 years has been to him a father, a mother, a banker. But the friend is not coming.
