MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

The only people in the Roman world that refuses to Caesar, Obelix falls in love with a newcomer, falbala. At the instant that animated Asterix offers flowers, she rushes into the arms of her boyfriend, Tragicomix.
