MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

There are few hours for the year comes to an end and Precinct 13, one of the oldest in Detroit, is about to close. Many roads are blocked due to heavy snowfall and only a handful of policemen headed by Sergeant Jake Roenick, a good officer who is unable to forget a failed operation that took place last spring. But then, again, that same day in the morning, a plainclothes police had tried to arrest the mobster Marion Bishop, who managed to kill the agent before being captured by the Organized Crime Unit headed by Marcus Duvall. Bishop is transferred by bus to the jail with other criminals: Beck, a junkie, Smiley, a con artist and Anna, a member of a band. But the raging snowstorm and the bus, unable to reach the maximum security prison, goes temporarily to Precinct 13. The unexpected arrival annoys both Roenick as psychologist Alex Sabian. However, Iris Ferry, the provocative secretary of the police station, and the veteran cop Jasper OShea Old School are not willing to that extra work prevents them from celebrating the New Year.
