MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

An old man sitting at his desk, reading a article. Behind, beside, we discover the author of the piece, a man young, handsome and friendly. It is a August 20, 1940, we are in a house in Coyoacan, outside Mexico City, and spend a few minutes after five o'clock. EI young man makes a move, take an ice ax that hid in their empermeable and hits the old man's skull. You hear a deep cry of rage and pain. Is the cry of a man who was dying. A scream that will haunt the murderer the rest of his life. The shot is called Leon Trotsky, founder of the Red Army Soviet Revolution leader, pursued by Stalin and fled to Mexico. EI calls himself Jacques Mornard murderer. His real name is Ramon Mercader del Rio is a Spanish, an agent of the KGB, a man with a mission. A Communist convinced that crime, that abject surrender himself, made him a hero. He had finally proven to be one of those communists ready to storm the heavens. After Ramon Mercader that crime had its own hell. He met the jail and forgotten, love and tenderness, contempt and admiration, solitude and exile. Lost identity, lived and died with the name of another. He was never publicly repented.
