MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

Mars, year 2179, during terrestrial adaptation. The Red Planet is home to a world whose inhabitants live among highly developed androids. When Detective Ross Sylibus reaches the spaceport from Chicago, becomes involved in a murder. The victim is the popular singer Kelly McCannon. Ross finds something surprising: the body is not human, but a "Third Party", an android art far more advanced q's "Seconds ", normally used on the planet. Armitage, a 19- year-old researcher is more rebellious Martian Police Department. Maintains aloofness, dress in a very striking and hides a dangerous secret, Ross Armitage must join in order to pursue the murderer René D anclaude, a terrorist determined to destroy the "Third " one by one. In 1997 an American dub released on DVD under the name of Armitage III Polymatrix. This film is a prequel of Armitage: Dual-Matrix (2002).
