MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

At 19, Sasha Gordic junior champion is already shooting in Yugoslavia. His hero and role model is Igor, his older brother, who as a teenager won the world title in the same discipline. However, Igor experiences in the war between Bosnia and Croatia have marked him forever and, upon returning home, falls into the clutches of his companion Neske, drug dealer, becoming a heroin addict desperate. Watches her brother Sasha denigrate with their provider. Days before the shooting world championships, Sasha interrupted his training and, under the threat of those who tortured his brother, decides to take matters in their hands.
