MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

A young lady, who spends his free time recording private conversations with your radio, just interacting with a mental patient who claims to be possessed by an evil spirit murderer. She will join a homicide detective in his investigation to stop the chain of murders. The police suspect a lead you through the scary character who is behind the murderer.
