MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

This story is mostly about Deputy Superintendent of Police Bhagat Pandey (Om Puri), that is thorough, honest, and has a great reputation apprehending criminals. This background creates issues for him with other crooks that closely attached to effective politicians. Thus he could be transferred to Bombay (now understand as Mumbai). He takes fee of their post, and transforms everything to a diligent and honest policing machine. Unfortunately, politicians and crooks alike do not like their diligence, and discuss transferring him to Kashmir, in which he will be killed in an encounter by a terrorist. Bhagat can be purchased in touch with suspended Police Inspector Sukhdev Singh, and gangleader, Rajnath Guru, the son of a freedom-fighter, Dinanathji (Aloknath).
