MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

Frank, he is very obese than 150 kilos of weight, and makes a living as a pianist in a show. Decides to answer an ad in which someone named Mary seeks the love of his life. A friend of Frank warns that if the girl looks so fat, do not want to be with him. Since then, Frank becomes obsessed with losing weight.
