MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Directed by Fernando Poe Jr. under the pen name Ronwaldo Reyes. The police Ador is killed in a drug bust operation, having been betrayed by a colleague. His superiors devise a plan to dismantle drug mafia and corrupt police to find those responsible for his death. They decide to search Ador twin brother, called police Kardo and is also, to assume his identity.
