MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Fievel's family decides to move. States are not what they expected good, so they decide to go to a somewhat warmer destination: the Far West, where cats and mice are friends. Of course, Fievel ends not believe this whole story, and after listening to the conversation that a group of cats kept in the westbound train: cats are not at all friendly, just want to trust the mice for at least expect it to fill their stomachs. But there is Fievel, more grown up, more mature and much, much more mischievous, along with fellow new think Tiger and defend his people as the best of the sheriffs. This movie is part of the An American Tail saga (1986, 1991, 1998, 1999).
