MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Tom is a young man by the way you think you will spend the most boring summer when his parents sent him to California at the home of his aunt. Once there, he meets Finn, who teaches surfing and also to behave like a true California boy. Free adaptation of the novel by Mark Twain.
