MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

New York, 1968. Frank Lucas is the taciturn driver of a black scumbag Harlem important. When his boss suddenly dies, Frank exploits the opportunity to build your own empire. Thanks to his talent, becomes not only the main drug dealer in the town, flooding the streets with products of best quality and price, but also a highly respected public man. Richie Roberts an outcast cop close enough to the streets, he realizes that a person outside the clans climbs the ladder of power. Both Roberts and Lucas share a rigorous ethical code that sets them apart from others and makes them lone figures on opposite sides of the law. When they are, the clash between them is inevitable.
