MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

The son of a couple of scientists is that they plan to move out of town. But he soon discovers something much more powerful than I had no idea you plan to move to their distant home planet Arcturus. Twentieth episode of the second season of the Amazing Stories series, consisting of independent stories directed by some of the most representative of the 80 directors. The show was produced by Steven Spielberg.
