MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1965 film?

A woman and her lover, the house jarfortuna are chained, tortured and killed by her sadistic husband. The deceased's sister, Jenny, arrives to take possession of the property, but the scientist has other plans, driving Jenny to madness and commit her to an asylum, in order to keep the property. A physician, Dr. Joyce, comes to observe the health of Jenny. Shortly after making their appearance on the scene the spirits of murdered lovers, looking for revenge.
