MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Grace is a war photographer who decides to leave his job after a violent crash in Iraq. Max is her husband, a Belgian surgeon specializing in cataract working at an eye clinic in the Peruvian Andes. Not far from there, the villagers of Turubamba seriously ill from mercury discharges from the local mine. Saturnian She loses her fiancé, infected by contaminated water. Without knowing the true causes of the epidemic, the villagers focus all their fury on foreign doctors, and in the middle of a fight, Max is killed. Then, Grace begins a pilgrimage to the scene. Meanwhile, Saturnian takes drastic measures to protest the endless violence that springs from their land and their neighbors. The destinations of Grace and Saturnian will cross.
