MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

A detective is investigating on Andres Carrera, speech-writer of a politician man. Andres disappeared through the electoral campaign. The detective slowly 'penetrates' in Andres' life: he begins to live at Andres' home; to get results at Andres' workplace; to meet up with Andres' parents; to seek sort of relation with Andres' wife and colleagues. The election campaign is being conducted, but nobody can write so 'poetic' and thus 'politic' speeches as Andres did. What's the key of his speeches? Why his nickname was 'Whitman', like American poet? Why Andres disappeared and where he's now? And just why the detective can be so interested in it, beyond their professional task? Maybe being in connection with Andres parents and wife will reveal every solution to the detective. Or it'll consist of everything in a dream...
