MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Heriberta beautiful little girl, the daughter of a mother of orthodox religiosity and a doctor was dead, who inherited an anatomy book and a thin knife. His mother believes the girl is going to be a doctor like his father, but what she wants is to be a vampire. Heriberta fears grow, to grow old, to be like his mother or his father die. Read a book on the story of an ancient princess kept her youth and beauty by the blood of his subjects. Understand then what can be the cure for evil. Does your anatomy book, his knife and his childish delight for the taste of blood droplets. But blood is filthy, says his mother and God sees everything and punishes everything.
