MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

A garbage strike in Paris also makes the neighbors begin to despair after ten days of unemployment and chaos in the town. In Paris the rats begin to take over the streets. The government promises to take drastic measures, but then they may come too late. At the health center where she works Renoux Laurence arrive the first victims of rats suffering from an unknown virus. In this situation, Laurence meets Alex, the son of a man who works in a company disinfection and was attacked by a rat. Both have to work around the clock to somehow circumvent a major epidemic in the town.
