MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1976 film?

Federico Villalba, owned several vineyards, in the elections for mayor of his village, opportunity to travel frequently fail to Madrid. One day, during the transmission of a football match, someone like him on television shows accompanied by a stunning blonde. All his friends and his wife believe that it is Federico.
