MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

1999 days of uncertainty in Morocco, with King Hassan II on his deathbed. The dark Miki is in love with Rita, a wife whose mute brothers have locked up to protect her virginity. Miki finds protection in the corrupt sheriff Daoud, who woos the disabled mother of his protege. The chained Rita metaphorically represents Morocco, a mute and prisoner country in the hands of criminals.
