MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Wade Whitehouse is 45 and is a cop full of problems: his work is mediocre, his ex-wife does not allow him to see his daughter, and his father is an alcoholic and violent. In town living, investigates a suspicious death, as he becomes involved in a series of disturbing events that end up mentally.
