MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Derek and Cliff are two friends who have to travel around the world, bringing a camera to upload videos of their experiences online. But, being in Europe and after an accident, Derek metabolism begins to change, refusing all food but developing superhuman strength. Afflicted constitutes a further step in the horror documentary bill and creates a strong bond between the audience and the unhappy characters.
