MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

In the year 2068 the Earth is hit by typhoons, tsunamis, droughts and floods. In this apocalyptic context, Argentine scientist, Carlos Nahuel Goldstein, outlines a theory: Knowing that the axis of rotation of our planet is tilted due to the gravitational pull of the moon, if man were able to destroy the Earth straighten and stabilize the global climate. While the international community rejects this reasoning, the Argentine government, without consulting other nations, she makes it to the forefront of humanity and send a secret mission to bomb the Earth satellite to make it disappear.
