MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Nicholas is a high class girl who prefers to spend his days wandering back and forth through the neighborhoods of the city, away from the luxurious country house of his parents and in the company of his friends hooligans, vagabonds, etc.. However, in one of his dalliances ends up in jail, episode after which will be collected by his family and returned to his real environment, a destination that should finally be accepting walk after less gentle side of life.
