MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

History of the rivalry between two brothers, one who even just out of reform school and still another is already a recognized athlete, competing in this way get a scholarship in county athletics championship. He received good reviews in the U.S., who praised a script credible, good performances - the baby of "Champion " and the future star Brad Pitt, and an outstanding soundtrack.
