MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Will Lightman is a 38 year old bachelor who incidentally live copyright of a song written years ago by his dad. His fear of commitment is such that only relates to single mothers, because they think it is simpler to break with them. However, his beliefs are shaken when he becomes the best companion of Marcus, a boy of 12 years who he met on one of his quotes.
