MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Chile, 2051. Time has passed and Professor Fernando Cortés has made a residential house destroyed their new home, this in the middle of nowhere, where he was formerly the city of Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Colonel Silva assumes initiated "Mission Hope" for survivors in the desolate regions. On their journey the teacher Cortez meets a new friend, Juan Island, also a survivor of " The War for Water". Time moves on and both already united by pain, try to find Army soldiers in order to find salvation.
