MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

When Stanley, a troll -hearted, does not behave properly, ie being evil and scaring humans, the evil Queen is angry and wants to kill it. But the good King commutes the sentence of exile. Stanley has to live in the heart of Manhattan in Central Park. There is companion Gus and his little sister Rosie who builds beautiful gardens. This infuriates the queen who throws a storm on the Park. Stanley will have to defend their new friends in these attacks.
