MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

1969. Abel Shaddick, the grumpy owner of a deli, lives faced all Fairview residents, especially his lazy nephew Stanley, who lives in the back room. The boy, who helps charity campaign that runs a high society girl, summer houses, without consulting his uncle, to a child in need.
