MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Mark Lighthouse is on his way to interview Ginger for underground music blog. Ginger is her latest discovery as a singer, lives in an old house on top of the mountains, which has agreed to grant an interview and make dinner. At home, Ginger is not just a talented woman, but an exotic beauty. Mark begins his video interview and do not take long to finish affair. Ginger receives a strange call from the eccentric owner of the Mountain House, Cliff Tanner, and both laugh at his old style of fashion. But strange things start happening. The keys disappear, a door is open when closed, the music plays only on the turntable. Everything seems safe until the psychotic ex ? High school teacher Ginger appears on the scene with a shotgun. He's out of prison after nine years for raping Ginger together when she was 15, and now he has found it looking to be with her forever.
