MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

The story of Nello, an orphan boy who lives with his grandfather and a dog, who both escaped death. Like his mother, who died when he was young, he loves to draw Nello. To develop his talent, his friend Aloise is an excellent role model and a great support to him. This film is a remake of Un niño y su perro (1935), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
