MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Andrew, a teenage billionaire, is arrested by the authorities and accused of having drugged and raped a girl, Connie, in Ventura County, California. Although quickly rejected the offense as charged, police discovered irrefutable evidence of his guilt, Telefilm based on the true story of Andrew Luster, an heir to the Max Factor cosmetics company. The teenager was arrested in late 2002 and accused of committing a series of rapes. Although initially no one doubted his innocence, police investigations found incriminating evidence of his many crimes. After being arrested, escaped and was a fugitive for months. In fact, the film began shooting before his arrest and, when capturing a bounty hunter gave the tape had to modify its end.
