MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

A few hours after being released from prison for a crime he did not commit, a man witnesses the murder of a policeman in the hands of the Chinese mafia. In the violent scene rescues a kidnapped girl and a suitcase full of dollars from drug trafficking. Now your goal will be to keep the girl safe but that must deal with the Chinese mafia, Russian and corrupt police. This movie is part of the A Dangerous Man trilogy (1992, 2009).
