MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Wut, Pong and Kat are three close friends who practice Thai boxing. They run on a mission to help Wun, the younger brother of Wut, hearing suffering from severe heart disease, and that requires a transplant. He offers to help, unexpectedly, Jib, a girl who belongs to a completely different social context of Wut. Everything seems to be resolved, but then something unexpected and scary happens. A group of terrorists led by the evil Paeda has taken control of the health center. The four children, knowing that the new heart for Wun is now at risk, decide to embark on a bold heart attack to save his friend and possibly a whole health center.
