MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

When an official source gives the strange news that the president of the United States is held in an international moon base called Vegan and that there is a clone that has usurped his place on Earth, police in the United States no fear in sending their "best " agent, the experienced Richard " Dick" Dix, to investigate. As cocky as inept, Dix is immersed in a plot that could destroy all the ideals he believes in, although it has never come to understand: Truth, Justice and the American Way of Life. After urgent instructions from his boss, Secretary Osgood, and luscious sent Vegan, Cassandra Menage, Dix takes flight to the moon in a space shuttle. This movie is part of the 2001 trilogy (1968, 2000, 2001).
