MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Through fixed and pure observation planes, the second feature by Jonathan Perel records that by law the monuments were built in places where they operated detention centers and torture during the military dictatorship, in all Argentina. The first shot of the film shows a tutorial of how it should be built each of the monuments. The following planes seventeen realize various interpretations of this provision, through rigorous observation of existing monuments so far. Through this succession of static shots of great dramatic force and short enough, Perel launches once again, a big question, intelligent and bold, radical and deeply political about how they are built memory, truth and justice in Argentina today.
