MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Konrad von Seidlitz, prominent lawyer, has an office with his partner Axel Haring. As advertising hook access serve a sentence of 14 days unpaid parking fines. The new prisoner arrogant, boasting of their social contacts, soon made enemies among his fellow prisoners. Then the victim of a conspiracy to take you to remain in jail for two years for drug trafficking. His girlfriend dumps him and his partner leaves him, the young man now knows the harsh prison routine.
