MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

In 1916, the quiet summer in a small coastal New England is brutally interrupted when a shark devours a bather. At first the sheriff and other authorities consider it an isolated case. After all, despite the stories, sharks rarely attack and kill humans, especially near the coast. But the shark attacks again and the site becomes embroiled in an uproar. Patrol boat hunters start to try to track down the killer beast. Although end the wave, reason can never know why the attacks began animal.
