MOVIE SYNOPSIS: You can watch The Wind Cannot Read, full movie on FULLTV - Burma 1942; World War II. Michael Quinn is a brave RAF pilot. Following a failed offensive in Burma, he was commissioned Lieutenant Quinn a new mission. This involves traveling to Delhi in order to take a course in Japanese. His superiors hope that Quinn quickly become an effective translator to interrogate Japanese prisoners of war. The school is intended Quinn is in Red Fort in Old Delhi.
