And there, in September 1957, a dark cloud appeared in the sky threatening. The waters became an endless source of toxicity, and nearby residents began to suffer all kinds of diseases and physical complications. Product of incidents at a nuclear plant in Russia, which for years were silenced by the government and who are approaching the levels of radioactivity in places like Chernobyl or Fukushima, contaminating an area of approximately 20,000 km ².
