After Tiller moves between the stories develop immediately of these doctors, all of whom were close associates of Dr. Tiller, and are struggling to keep this service available in the wake of his death. These four people have become the number one goal of the pro-life movement nevertheless continue to risk their lives every day to do the work that many call it murder - but doctors believe literally saves lives. After Tiller shows and confronts the harassment of protesters, the challenges in their personal lives, and a number of difficult ethical decisions.
