MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1975 film?

In the late nineteenth century, the city of Lodz has become the epicenter of the textile industry, with the consequent need for immigrant labor. Three teenage students of Riga: A Polish Catholic, son of noble landowners, an ambitious Jew and a German Lutheran decide to open a factory in that city to make his fortune and without scruples or prejudices, they rush to accumulate money and power.
