MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

A 10 year old girl they call " Crow " has no friends and rejects teachers hugs. At home, her mother locks herself in her room while maintaining relationships with other men. One morning, Crow sees a little girl being hugged by her parents when her father goes to work. That same day, when the child is left alone, Crow takes her through the fence and kidnaps. Crow tries to make the work of the girl mother, care for her, scolding her, play with her, taking her on a boat at sea, and when the little girl sleeps, take it back home. Crow, back line, try to receive the affection of his mother when he returns home.
